This notice informs you under Art. 13 GDPR about the data we process on this website. The German version is the authoritative one.
Hosting and access data
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you open it, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system. This is required to deliver the website and to protect it from abuse; this is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is deleted after 30 days at the latest. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR) and additionally on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR); a copy is available on request.
Requests via the forms
When you request a quick check, a package or a creator collaboration, we process the link you provide, your e-mail address, your message, the chosen offer and the page the request came from. The purpose is to answer your request and prepare an offer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request); if you enquire on behalf of a company, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries). Providing the data is voluntary; without a link and an e-mail address we cannot process your request. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
The request is stored in a spreadsheet at Google Sheets (Google Ireland Ltd.). Processing by Google LLC in the USA is possible; it relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR) and additionally on standard contractual clauses. We are notified internally about new requests via Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.). The notification contains a brief of the request: the link you provided, the chosen offer and an excerpt of your message, but not your e-mail address. Telegram also processes data outside the EU; no adequacy decision exists for those countries. If you do not want this, please write to us directly by e-mail. Only the people handling requests have access to them.
We delete requests no later than 12 months after the last contact. If a contract is concluded, we keep the related records for seven years (§ 132 BAO).
Applying as a creator
When you apply to our creator network, we process your profile link, e-mail address, topic and note on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You must be at least 18. Storage and delivery work as for requests. You can withdraw your consent at any time by e-mail; we then delete your data. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. Providing the data is voluntary; without it we cannot consider your application. Without withdrawal we delete applications no later than 12 months after the last contact.
Profiles appear on this website only with the consent of the person concerned and are removed on request.
Statistics (Google Analytics 4)
Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) is loaded only after your consent (§ 165(3) TKG 2021 for cookies, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for the analysis). It processes cookie identifiers, the truncated IP address, device and browser data and your use of the website. A transfer to Google LLC (USA) is possible; it relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Google deletes the data after 2 months. Without consent no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google Analytics. You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
We store your decision locally in your browser (local storage, entry "vg-consent"). This entry is strictly necessary to respect your choice (§ 165(3) TKG 2021, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It stays until you change your choice or clear your browser data.
Videos
Preview clips are loaded from our own server. Only when you play a video with sound is it loaded via YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com, Google Ireland Ltd.); YouTube then receives your IP address. By clicking you consent to loading YouTube (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 165(3) TKG 2021); YouTube may store information in your browser. A transfer to Google LLC (USA) is possible (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
Links to social networks
Links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook are plain links. Data is transferred only when you click one.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@vienna-go.com. Where we process data on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object to that processing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR).
You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
